- Perjury & Authority Statement: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

4. Response Timeframes & Counter-Notices

Repeat Infringers: PlayerSea enforces a strict policy of terminating accounts or listing privileges for users determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
